Virtual Primary Care is a separate direct service with a $15 monthly adjustment. When selected and active in the current service tier, it offers $0 virtual primary-care access, a dedicated physician relationship with ongoing virtual follow-up, an annual virtual wellness visit, and chronic-care or medication-management support when clinically appropriate for virtual care. It requires Rx and Prescription Benefits, Zero Copay Telemedicine, and Mental Health and Counseling to remain active.

The counseling service can include immediate problem assessment, supportive sessions, crisis support, and referrals to appropriate behavioral-health plans or local community resources when more care is needed. Psychiatry, inpatient behavioral health, emergency psychiatric care, and medication costs are not automatically included through this feature.
Other optional features include Maternity Care (+$18 per month), Chiropractic and Acupuncture (+$14), Physical and Occupational Therapy (+$11), Durable Medical Equipment (+$7), and Dental and Vision Discounts (+$9). Dental and vision discounts apply through participating providers, with members paying providers directly at applicable rates; actual discounts vary.
