Compare the costSakeOf is a healthcare membership designed to make everyday care and care decisions more direct. Choose the features that fit your household, use their services when they are active, and choose a provider when a hands-on visit, test, specialist, or hospital service makes sense. If a bill is confusing, Full Service advocacy can help review the paperwork and fair pricing. For larger eligible medical needs, the program may involve voluntary community funding under its terms.
A useful first step is to match the need to the kind of care: consider an active virtual option for an appropriate remote concern, arrange local in-person care when an examination or procedure calls for it, and gather the itemized bill if you need help understanding charges. Explore the calculator and Savings Guide to compare membership options, or ask Jordan to help you understand the available features.

Full Service advocacy gives members a process for asking for help with bill verification, fair-price review, and negotiation. Begin with an itemized bill that includes service dates, provider information, and CPT or HCPCS codes when available. SakeOf may also request medical records, clinical notes, diagnosis and procedure details, billing records, provider documentation, or a signed release to review eligibility, medical necessity, and fair pricing.
Submit complete documents within six months of the service date. Send a balance bill, denial, or payment demand within 10 days of receiving it. Advocacy is subject to program terms and review. If a bill is unclear, contact SakeOf through the member process and include the documents requested for review.
For planned higher-cost care, contact the provider for an estimate and reach SakeOf in advance when reasonably possible. This gives you an opportunity to understand the applicable member commitment, documentation, and next steps before care. Larger eligible events may involve voluntary community funding through the program, subject to its rules and review.
