Compare the costSakeOf is a healthcare membership that gives you a more guided way to approach routine care and more complicated medical expenses. You can begin with an appropriate everyday-care option, choose a provider when an in-person visit makes sense, and ask for help understanding a bill. That puts your care decision—not a search for a particular network—at the center of the next step.
For a common, non-emergency illness or symptom appropriate for virtual care, selected and active Zero Copay Telemedicine offers access to a telemedicine consultation. Clinical judgment, provider availability, technology, state law, and prescribing rules apply. A virtual clinician may recommend an exam, test, imaging, specialist, or in-person follow-up; those services are not included just because they were recommended. For an emergency, seek emergency care.
Services depend on the options you select and keep active. Zero Copay Telemedicine requires active Rx and Prescription Benefits; Mental Health and Counseling also requires active telemedicine; and Virtual Primary Care requires all three. Compare current membership options to see the features and monthly adjustments that fit your priorities.
The optional Rx and Prescription Benefits program is designed primarily for acute medications. Its current formulary determines which medicines may be available at $0 when filled through the participating-pharmacy process and when prescribing and dispensing requirements are met. Check the current pharmacy tool before filling a prescription. A medicine outside the active formulary is not automatically $0 or eligible for community funding.
Mental Health and Counseling provides on-demand telephonic counseling through the current service partner. Face-to-face counseling may be available for up to three consultations per incident when arranged through the program. Psychiatry, inpatient behavioral health, emergency psychiatric care, and medication costs are not automatically included with counseling.
Virtual Primary Care can add a dedicated physician relationship, an annual virtual wellness visit, and ongoing virtual follow-up, including chronic-care and medication-management support when clinically appropriate. It is part of a bundled service tier with active Rx benefits, telemedicine, and counseling prerequisites. Check current membership options for the applicable requirements.
Toronto has several listed starting points for in-person care. Provisions Health lists a Toronto clinic at 1007 Franklin Street and weekday hours. Contact the clinic to ask whether it offers the service you need, whether appointments are available, and what the visit will cost before arranging care.
Trinity lists family-care, laboratory, and outpatient rehabilitation services at its Toronto location at 1800 Franklin Street. Call the relevant service to confirm current offerings, test availability, hours, appointment requirements, and charges. Ask for the price of the specific service you are considering; a service listing does not establish an individual patient’s cost or appointment access.
The Jefferson County General Health District lists a Toronto office at 416 Clark Street, open the second and fourth Monday of each month from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Check the district’s current information and confirm which services are offered at that office before traveling. The district also lists countywide services such as immunizations, nursing and community-health services, clinical and reproductive services, and WIC; a countywide listing does not mean every service is available at the Toronto office.
CMS’s NPI Registry lists Toronto Apothecary at 1361 Franklin Street, phone 740-537-2600. Call to confirm current hours and medication availability, and check the SakeOf pharmacy tool for participation in its prescription process. A pharmacy listing alone does not confirm current access, participation, or price.
If a bill is confusing or higher than expected, SakeOf Full Service support can help with advocacy, bill verification, fair-price review, and negotiation support under applicable program rules. For planned higher-cost care, contact SakeOf in advance when reasonably possible and ask the provider for a service-specific estimate.
Keep the itemized bill, service dates, provider information, and CPT or HCPCS codes when available. SakeOf may request clinical notes, medical records, billing records, or other documentation to review eligibility, medical necessity, and fair pricing. Submit complete documents within six months of the service date. Submit a balance bill, denial, or payment demand within 10 days of receiving it.
For a larger eligible medical event, the program may involve an applicable member commitment and voluntary community funding. Eligibility, any member responsibility, and any funding depend on program rules and documentation review; no particular expense or amount is guaranteed. Keep estimates, bills, and communications, and ask SakeOf which steps apply before planned care when possible.
For hospital or procedure costs, request an estimate for the specific service and ask the provider about financial assistance, billing questions, or payment plans. Trinity’s financial-assistance materials describe contacting a financial counselor; confirm current policies and eligibility with the health system. An estimate is a planning tool, not a final statement of what you may owe.
