When a clinician can appropriately assess your concern remotely, active Zero Copay Telemedicine offers 24/7 phone or video access for eligible urgent-care consultations at $0 per consultation. Consultations may be unlimited while the feature is active, subject to clinical appropriateness, clinician availability, technology, state law, and prescribing rules. Emergencies need emergency care.

For a prescription

Active Rx and Prescription Benefits include $0 access to listed acute medications when the program’s requirements are met and you use its participating-pharmacy process. The current formulary determines which medicines qualify; a prescription from telemedicine does not make every medication free. Non-formulary or ongoing medications may have a separate cost, so check the current pharmacy tool before filling a prescription.

For counseling or ongoing care

If selected and active with the required Rx and telemedicine features, Mental Health and Counseling provides unlimited on-demand telephone counseling at $0 for members and eligible enrolled dependents. Some needs call for an examination, lab, imaging, specialist, procedure, or hospital.
