Compare the costSakeOf is a healthcare membership designed to make practical choices and support a central part of the care experience. Start with the need in front of you: a common illness, a prescription, ongoing primary care, an in-person appointment, or a bill that needs a closer look. Your next step depends on the service needed and the membership options selected and active.
Use the calculator and Savings Guide to explore membership possibilities. Provider search can help you look for a care option, and Jordan can help you explore what to consider next. For local services, confirm the specific location and access details with the organization before you go.
When selected and active, Zero Copay Telemedicine provides 24/7 phone or video access for medically appropriate, non-emergency urgent-care consultations at $0 per eligible consultation. Consultations are unlimited while the feature is active, subject to clinical appropriateness, provider availability, state licensing, technology, and prescribing rules. The feature requires Rx and Prescription Benefits to remain active. If a clinician recommends labs, imaging, specialty care, or an in-person follow-up, those are separate care needs to arrange.
For prescriptions, a clinician may prescribe when clinically appropriate and legally permitted. Listed formulary medications may be available at $0 through the participating-pharmacy process when prescribing and dispensing requirements are met. Check the current pharmacy tool before filling a medication: non-formulary medications may have a negotiated or discount price, but are not automatically $0 or eligible for community sharing.
Mental Health and Counseling, when selected and active with its prerequisites, includes unlimited on-demand telephone counseling at no cost for the included access. Up to three face-to-face counseling consultations per incident may be arranged when available. Support may include referrals when additional care is needed. Psychiatry, inpatient behavioral health, emergency psychiatric care, and medication costs are not automatically included in this feature.
Virtual Primary Care is another option to explore through membership. Review current membership materials or ask Jordan about its availability and terms. For ongoing care, use provider search to identify possibilities and confirm the service, location, and appointment process with the provider.
When you need an in-person appointment or a clinician recommends hospital or outpatient care, you can choose a provider and confirm the exact service location. Cleveland Clinic Akron General lists its campus at 1 Akron General Avenue, Akron, OH 44307, and provides contact and appointment information. my.clevelandclinic.org Summa Health lists its Akron Campus at 141 N. Forge Street, Akron, OH 44304, and describes emergency and other hospital services. www.summahealth.org These are different campuses, so check the location and appointment route for the service you need.
For county public-health services, Summit County Public Health’s Fairway Center is at 1867 W. Market Street, Akron, OH 44313. www.scph.org The county service directory lists clinical services, immunizations, dental services, WIC, prenatal care, and reproductive-health programs. www.scph.org The directory is a starting point; contact the relevant program to confirm eligibility, appointments, location, and any fees.
For scheduled hospital or outpatient care, ask the provider for an estimate specific to the planned service and ask about financial-assistance or payment options. Confirm current participation with the provider and any applicable coverage source you use. An address alone does not establish availability or the price of a service.
If a bill is confusing or unexpectedly high, SakeOf Full Service advocacy can help members with bill verification, fair-price review, and negotiation support under the applicable program rules. Keep the itemized bill and supporting records together. An itemized bill is required and should include service dates, provider information, and CPT or HCPCS codes when available.
SakeOf may request medical records, clinical notes, diagnosis or procedure details, provider documentation, billing records, or a signed release to review eligibility, medical necessity, and fair pricing. Submit complete documents within six months of the service date. Submit a balance bill, denial, or payment demand within 10 days of receiving it. Use the current Program Guide for the applicable member commitment and submission instructions.
For a larger eligible medical event, SakeOf may provide support under the applicable member commitment. Voluntary community funding may be considered for eligible larger events, depending on program rules, review, and documentation. Funding is voluntary, so do not assume it will be available for a particular event. Ask Jordan about the relevant membership option and terms as you explore your needs.
If pregnancy-related care is part of your planning, the maternity feature requires a continuous 12-month waiting period to be completed before pregnancy begins. Adding or restoring the feature after conception does not make that pregnancy eligible. Review current membership materials for event limits and requirements.
Depending on the options selected, membership materials may also include dental and vision discounts, chiropractic or acupuncture, PT/OT, and durable medical equipment. Check the terms for the specific option you are considering. For prescriptions, verify the current formulary and participating-pharmacy process before filling a medication.
For emergency symptoms, contact emergency services or go to an emergency department rather than relying on a routine telemedicine visit.
