Instead of paying a big monthly premium and still feeling on your own when care is needed, SakeOf combines practical everyday-care options, provider choice, advocacy, and community support into one membership experience.
The SakeOf approach: handle simple care simply, keep the freedom to choose where you go, know more about the price before you pay, and have real support when a medical need becomes expensive or complicated.

Estimate my householdSakeOf is a healthcare membership designed to make paying for and navigating care more deliberate. Members can use selected direct-care and discount features, get help reviewing medical bills, and, for eligible expenses, request voluntary community sharing. The practical advantage is a clearer sequence: identify the care need, use an available low-friction service when it fits, choose a provider for in-person care, and bring confusing bills to SakeOf for review.
Your membership options matter. SakeOf offers Full Service and Major Medical Only; direct services and discounts are available when selected, active, and applicable under program rules. Use the calculator and Savings Guide to understand options, then check membership details before relying on a feature for a particular service.
For a non-emergency question, Zero Copay Telemedicine may offer a convenient first contact when selected and active. If you need an in-person examination, lab, imaging, or specialist, ask the clinician what can be handled virtually and what requires a separate appointment. Telemedicine does not make those other services part of the virtual visit.
Prescription support is another optional feature. Rx and Prescription Benefits has a monthly adjustment of $10; whether a particular medication or service is included depends on the active feature and its terms. Ask about the medication, pharmacy, and any separate costs before filling a prescription. A medication outside the applicable benefit may remain an expense you handle separately.
Mental Health and Counseling, with a $6 monthly adjustment, may provide counseling support when selected and active. Counseling is distinct from psychiatry, emergency psychiatric care, inpatient behavioral health, and medication costs. For ongoing primary care, Virtual Primary Care has a $15 monthly adjustment and offers virtual primary-care access and follow-up when its prerequisites remain active. The current bundled service tier requires Rx and Prescription Benefits, Zero Copay Telemedicine, and Mental Health and Counseling. Confirm the current terms before enrolling or scheduling.
For care that needs an examination or local facility, you choose a provider and confirm availability directly. Bluestone Health Association lists Prudich Medical Center in Montcalm as a regional location; its current locations page does not list a Matoaka clinic. Call 304-589-3251 to ask about current services, hours, appointments, and payment arrangements. Do not assume every service Bluestone offers across its organization is available at this location.
Mercer County Health Department and Blue Prince Family Health offer county public-health and family primary-care resources, including services described as preventive care, immunizations, and screening. The department is at 978 Blue Prince Road, Bluefield, WV 24701; call 304-324-8367 to confirm services, hours, appointment arrangements, and payment details. For hospital or outpatient care, WVU Medicine Princeton Community Hospital is at 122 12th Street Ext, Princeton, WV 24740. Contact the hospital to confirm the service, availability, billing, and financial-counseling options you need.
Before planned care, ask the provider for the expected price and whether separate professional, lab, imaging, or facility charges may apply. Share the planned service with SakeOf in advance when reasonably possible. SakeOf does not establish that a provider accepts a membership feature or that a particular charge will be eligible; verify both with the provider and SakeOf.
When a bill seems unclear or unusually high, Full Service advocacy can help you understand the charge and pursue fair pricing. SakeOf reviews eligibility, medical necessity, documentation, and price fairness, and may negotiate or reprice medical bills. This can give you support in asking the provider for an itemized bill and in understanding what the bill is charging for.
Keep the itemized bill, service dates, provider information, and any available CPT or HCPCS codes. SakeOf may request clinical records or other documentation to review an expense. Submit complete documents within six months of the service date; submit a balance bill, denial, or payment demand within 10 days of receiving it. An expense already paid or discounted through an optional feature cannot also be counted as a separate sharing request for the same charge unless SakeOf approves an eligible remaining balance.
Under Full Service, eligible larger medical expenses may be considered for voluntary community sharing after the applicable member commitment and review. Sharing is not automatic: eligibility, medical necessity, documentation, fair pricing, and program rules apply. Contact SakeOf in advance for planned care when reasonably possible, so you can ask how the process applies before services take place.
For major hospital charges in Princeton, WVU Medicine publishes standard-charge information and financial-assistance materials for Princeton Community Hospital. Published standard charges are not a personalized quote or an estimate of your out-of-pocket cost. Ask the hospital for a service-specific estimate and financial-counseling information, then ask SakeOf how the expense would be reviewed. Households can review optional features for specific needs: maternity care ($18 per month), dental and vision discounts ($9), chiropractic and acupuncture ($14), physical and occupational therapy ($11), and durable medical equipment ($7). Each applies only when selected, active, eligible, and subject to its program rules. Maternity has a continuous 12-month waiting period before conception, a $5,000 member responsibility, and sharing of up to $25,000 per eligible pregnancy after that responsibility. Review the full maternity rules before planning around the feature.
