SakeOf works with the care already around you. Start with convenient at-home options when they fit, use nearby doctors and facilities when you need them, and bring price guidance and bill support into the decision instead of navigating the cost side alone.
The local facts stay the same. These are the pressure points and questions that matter more for this decision.
Healthcare can involve several separate decisions: where to start for a health question, which provider to see, what a visit may cost, and what to do with the bill afterward. SakeOf is a healthcare membership that brings selected direct services, care navigation, advocacy, fair-price review, and voluntary community sharing for eligible larger medical events together in a more guided process.
That means you can use an active everyday-care option when it fits the need, choose a provider for in-person care, and ask for help making sense of a charge. For eligible larger events under Full Service, voluntary community funding may be available under program rules. The applicable member commitment and eligibility depend on the program terms and review. Membership is not a promise of a particular provider, price, or outcome, so confirm details before arranging care.

Zero Copay Telemedicine is designed for common, non-emergency illnesses and symptoms appropriate for a remote visit. When selected and active, it can provide access to a clinician without first arranging an in-person appointment. Availability, technology, state rules, clinical judgment, and prescribing rules still apply. If a clinician recommends an exam, lab, imaging, specialist, or in-person follow-up, that is a separate care step to arrange with a provider.
Telemedicine requires Rx and Prescription Benefits to be active. A clinician may prescribe when clinically appropriate and legally permitted, but medication costs follow the active Rx program. Check whether a medication is eligible and what the program says about its cost before filling a prescription; do not assume every drug or pharmacy expense is included.
Mental Health and Counseling, when active, may include immediate problem assessment, supportive counseling, follow-up with the original counselor when available, and crisis support. It may also provide referrals to behavioral-health plans or local community resources when more care is needed. Psychiatry, inpatient behavioral health, emergency psychiatric care, residential treatment, and medication costs are not automatically included simply because counseling is active.
If you want an ongoing primary-care relationship, Virtual Primary Care offers a dedicated physician relationship with virtual follow-up support, an annual virtual wellness visit, and a health-risk assessment. Chronic-care follow-up and medication-management support may be available when clinically appropriate for virtual care.
The current Virtual Primary Care tier requires Rx and Prescription Benefits, Zero Copay Telemedicine, and Mental Health and Counseling to remain active. Review the feature requirements and your membership options to see whether this arrangement fits what you are looking for. Virtual care does not make an in-person exam, test, specialist service, or emergency visit unnecessary when one is needed.
County-level public-health services are based in Pineville rather than Glen Rogers. A historical state directory names a Glen Rogers–Ravencliff health clinic, but that listing does not establish that the clinic is operating now. Verify its current status, location, hours, and services directly before traveling. For local public-health services, check current information with the Wyoming County Health Department before making a trip.

SakeOf members choose their provider for in-person care. For planned services, request a written estimate and ask whether separate clinicians, labs, imaging, or other ancillary services may generate additional charges. A facility estimate can help with planning, but it may not include every separate charge; CMS offers consumer information about hospital price transparency.www.cms.gov
Full Service includes advocacy, bill verification, fair-price review, and negotiation support. If a bill is confusing or seems high, gather the itemized bill and related provider paperwork so the charge and next steps can be reviewed. An itemized bill should include service dates, provider information, and CPT or HCPCS codes when available.
SakeOf may request clinical notes, diagnosis or procedure details, provider documentation, billing records, or a signed medical-record release to review eligibility, medical necessity, and fair pricing. Complete documents should be submitted within six months of the service date. Submit balance bills, denials, or payment demands within 10 days of receiving them. For planned higher-cost care, contact SakeOf in advance when reasonably possible and keep estimates and records together.
For an eligible larger medical event under Full Service, the member pays the applicable member commitment. Voluntary community funding may be available for eligible expenses under program rules; the member commitment and eligibility depend on the applicable terms and review. Keep membership active and current, fund required asks, and submit complete bills and requested records promptly. Use the Savings Guide or ask Jordan about the process for a planned service before proceeding when possible.
Maternity Care is a community-sharing feature available with Full Service when offered and selected. It requires continuous active selection for at least 12 months before conception. For an eligible pregnancy, the member responsibility is $5,000, with community sharing up to $25,000 after that responsibility, subject to program rules; the benefit period extends through six weeks postpartum for pregnancy-related care.
Other optional features include dental and vision discounts, chiropractic and acupuncture, physical and occupational therapy, and durable medical equipment. These features apply only when selected, active, and eligible under their terms. Compare options in the calculator, review the Savings Guide, search for providers, or ask Jordan to help identify a useful next step.
