SakeOf is a healthcare membership designed to make care decisions more straightforward. Instead of starting with a complicated process, begin with the immediate need: a common illness, an ongoing primary-care question, a prescription, an in-person appointment, or a bill that needs review. Depending on the membership selected and active, options may include Zero Copay Telemedicine, prescription benefits, Mental Health and Counseling, and Virtual Primary Care. Use the calculator or Savings Guide to compare membership options, search for a provider, or ask Jordan for help finding a next step.
For a common, non-emergency illness or symptom that is appropriate for virtual care, Zero Copay Telemedicine provides access to a clinician. The current service partner does not impose a program limit on consultation frequency or duration. Availability, clinical appropriateness, technology, state law, and prescribing rules still apply. A clinician may recommend an exam, lab, imaging, specialist, or in-person follow-up; arrange that as a separate care step when needed. Prescriptions, if appropriate, follow the active Rx program.
If Virtual Primary Care is available in your membership, it may be an option for ongoing primary-care needs. Check your membership details for the current service and how to access it. When you need someone to examine you, provide a test, or deliver a service in person, you can choose a provider and ask about the specific service, appointment timing, and expected charges before booking.
For counseling, the optional Mental Health and Counseling feature provides on-demand telephone counseling when selected and active. It includes up to three face-to-face counseling consultations per incident when arranged and available. Rx and Prescription Benefits and Zero Copay Telemedicine must also remain active. Psychiatry, inpatient or emergency behavioral-health care, and medication costs are not automatically part of the counseling service; ask about additional care and costs if more support is needed.
When Rx and Prescription Benefits are active, use the current pharmacy tool to check the specific medication and participating-pharmacy process before filling it. Listed formulary medications may be available at $0 when prescribing and dispensing requirements are met. A medication outside the active formulary may have a negotiated or discount price, but is not automatically $0. Chronic-maintenance, specialty, compounded, fertility, weight-loss, mental-health, and other medications are included only when a separate active program expressly provides them. Confirm the current details for your medication rather than relying on a general assumption about a drug category.
Warren has community health-center options, a city public-health clinic, and pediatric care at Akron Children’s Warren Health Center. ONE Health Ohio lists two Warren locations with primary, dental, and behavioral-health services; Lloyd McCoy also lists a pharmacy. Services differ by location. Call the specific site to ask whether it provides the care you need, whether appointments are available, and what charges or payment options to expect.
Warren City Public Health lists immunization, STI, and screening services. Trumbull County’s health district lists monthly walk-in adult immunization clinics in 2026 with a $10 visit charge. Because schedules and fees can change, contact the health district before going to confirm the current clinic details. Akron Children’s lists pediatric primary and specialty services at its Warren Health Center; check with the office about the service and appointment you need.
Hospital information also deserves a current check: Trumbull County’s 2026 hazard-mitigation plan reports that Trumbull Regional Medical Center and Hillside Rehabilitation Hospital closed in March 2025. CMS announced that Trumbull Regional’s Medicare agreement ended effective October 10, 2025. If you find an older listing, verify that the facility is operating and providing the service you need before traveling.
With Full Service, SakeOf advocacy can help members verify medical bills, review fair pricing, and seek negotiation support. Contact SakeOf in advance for planned higher-cost care when reasonably possible. For a larger eligible expense, the applicable member commitment remains the member’s responsibility; bill review does not guarantee a reduction or community funding.
Keep an itemized bill with service dates and provider information, and include CPT or HCPCS codes when available. SakeOf may request clinical notes, medical records, billing records, or other documentation to review eligibility, medical necessity, and fair pricing. Submit complete documents within six months of the service date. Send balance bills, denials, or payment demands within 10 days of receiving them.
For larger eligible medical events, Full Service combines advocacy and bill review with the possibility of voluntary community funding under program rules. The applicable member commitment, documentation, eligibility review, and fair-price review all matter. If care is planned, contact SakeOf beforehand when reasonably possible to ask about the process and the records to keep. Keep membership and payment information current and respond to documentation requests.
The optional maternity community-sharing feature is available only when offered, selected, active, and otherwise eligible. It adds $18 per month, requires continuous active selection for at least 12 months before conception, and has a $5,000 member responsibility and a community-sharing limit of up to $25,000 per eligible pregnancy. Adding the feature after conception does not make that pregnancy eligible. Other membership options may include dental and vision discounts, chiropractic or acupuncture, PT or OT, and durable medical equipment; check current membership details for availability and terms.
