Estimate my householdSakeOf is a healthcare membership built around a more direct way to pay for and navigate care. Instead of beginning with a traditional insurance-first process, members can use selected direct services for everyday needs, choose providers for in-person care, and turn to SakeOf support when a bill needs a closer look.
The practical starting point is simple: identify the kind of care you need, use an appropriate low-friction option if one is active, and decide whether you need an in-person provider. SakeOf’s calculator and Savings Guide can help you understand the membership approach; provider search and Jordan can help with your next question.
For a common, non-emergency illness or symptom that is appropriate for a virtual visit, Zero Copay Telemedicine provides access to urgent-care consultations at $0 while active. Consultations are unlimited when medically appropriate, subject to clinician availability, state licensing, and the service partner’s rules. Telemedicine can be a convenient first step, but a recommendation for an exam, lab, imaging, or specialist visit still means arranging that care separately.
Rx and Prescription Benefits, when active, provide access to a current formulary of commonly prescribed acute medications at $0 when program requirements are met and the medication is listed. Check the current pharmacy tool before filling a prescription: the formulary and participating locations can change, and a medication outside the formulary is not automatically $0 or eligible for community sharing.
Mental Health and Counseling, when active with its required companion benefits, offers unlimited on-demand telephone counseling at $0 and 24/7 access to counseling professionals. Up to three face-to-face consultations per incident may be arranged when available. Virtual Primary Care is another optional direct service: when active with its required companion benefits, it includes virtual primary-care access, an ongoing physician relationship, an annual wellness visit, and follow-up support when appropriate for virtual care.
For an emergency, use emergency services. Telemedicine is designed for appropriate non-emergency needs, not as an emergency-care route.
Strongsville has local options for care that needs a physical location. Cleveland Clinic Strongsville Family Health and Surgery Center is at 16761 South Park Center in Strongsville and lists primary and specialty care, Express Care, outpatient surgery, pharmacy, laboratory, imaging, and mammography. Service-specific hours and details should be checked with the center before you go.
Southwest General’s Strongsville Medical Center, a joint venture with University Hospitals, lists physician services, imaging, lab testing, and outpatient services. Its listing describes walk-in laboratory draws and no-appointment X-rays, but confirm current availability and requirements directly before making the trip.
These are local access points, not a promise of an appointment, a particular provider’s participation, or a price. Before a visit or test, ask the facility about current hours, whether you need an order or appointment, and the expected charge. If you have another healthcare arrangement, check participation and any applicable patient responsibility with the provider and that arrangement directly. Labs, imaging, in-person follow-up, and specialist care are separate care needs; a telemedicine or virtual primary-care service does not automatically include them.
When a charge seems unclear, SakeOf’s Full Service pathway is intended to help members with advocacy, bill verification, fair-price review, and negotiation support. The goal is to help you understand what a provider billed and identify questions or possible next steps—not to promise that a bill will be reduced or that an expense will qualify for sharing.
Keep itemized bills and related records. SakeOf requires an itemized bill for submissions; it should show service dates, provider information, and CPT or HCPCS codes when available. Medical records, clinical notes, diagnosis or procedure details, provider documentation, billing records, or a signed release may also be requested. Complete documents are due within six months of the service date; submit balance bills, denials, or payment demands within 10 days of receiving them.
Use Jordan or the membership resources to ask how to submit a bill and what documentation applies to your situation. For a local facility charge, the provider can also explain its own bill and expected charges.
For a larger eligible medical event, SakeOf’s Full Service pathway includes an applicable member commitment and may involve voluntary community funding after eligibility review. Whether an expense is eligible, how the commitment applies, and what support may be available depend on the Program Guide and review of the documentation. Treat those steps as part of the process, not as a guaranteed payment or fixed outcome.
Timing can matter. An illness, injury, symptom, diagnosis, or treatment that existed, was known, or had been the subject of recommended or received medical advice or care during the 24 months before membership began may be treated as pre-existing during review—even without a formal diagnosis. Final decisions depend on documentation, clinical review, and the Program Guide. If you are considering membership for a planned or ongoing need, ask Jordan how the rules apply before relying on a particular outcome.
If pregnancy planning is relevant, maternity is a community-sharing feature available with Full Service when offered and selected. It must stay active and current for at least 12 months before conception; the member responsibility is $5,000 per eligible pregnancy, with community sharing up to $25,000 after that responsibility, subject to the program rules. The feature applies through six weeks postpartum for pregnancy-related care. Adding it after conception does not make that pregnancy eligible.
Other membership options may help with specific needs. Dental and vision discounts, chiropractic or acupuncture, physical or occupational therapy, and durable medical equipment may be useful to explore through the current membership options and provider search. Check the details for each option before scheduling: availability, terms, and any cost depend on the active program and provider.
