Compare the costSakeOf is a healthcare membership that gives you practical tools for arranging everyday care, choosing where to seek in-person care, and getting help with eligible medical bills. Instead of beginning with a coverage directory, you can start with the care you need, choose a provider, and use SakeOf’s review process to understand how applicable membership rules fit the bill.
Your first step can be as simple as checking which features are active in your membership. Then use the calculator or Savings Guide to explore options, or the provider search to identify a place to contact. A listing is a starting point for your own provider choice—not a confirmation of an appointment or participation in a particular arrangement.
Zero Copay Telemedicine is designed for common, non-emergency illnesses and symptoms appropriate for a virtual visit. The current service partner does not impose a program limit on consultation frequency or duration. Availability, technology, clinical appropriateness, state law, and prescribing rules still apply. A virtual clinician may recommend an in-person visit, lab, imaging, specialist, or procedure; those are separate care steps, not part of the telemedicine consultation simply because they were recommended.
If a prescription is clinically appropriate and legally permitted, its cost follows the active Rx program. Check the medication against your current Rx details. For mental-health needs, Mental Health and Counseling may provide problem assessment, supportive counseling, follow-up with the original counselor when available, and crisis support. It may also refer you to behavioral-health plans or local resources when more care is needed. Virtual Primary Care is another option when included in your active membership; check your membership details for access and terms.
For an examination, test, or other hands-on service, Newark has several types of local resources to investigate. Licking Memorial lists downtown Newark urgent care at 20 West Locust Street and provides information about urgent-care services and hours. Contact the location or health system to confirm current hours and availability before traveling. www.summahealth.org
Licking Memorial Health Systems lists hospital, outpatient laboratory, and physician-practice services in Newark, with locations and hours in its directory. Use the directory to find a relevant location, then call about the service, appointment availability, expected charges, and current participation in any arrangement that matters to you. A facility estimate may not include every professional fee or establish final patient responsibility. my.clevelandclinic.org
The Licking County Health Department lists immunizations and TB testing through clinic services, including its main clinic at 675 Price Road in Newark. Immunization clinics are appointment-only. Call to confirm clinic days and locations, eligibility, documentation, and charges. These are county clinic listings; they do not establish access for every address in ZIP 43093. www.summahealth.org
For basic medical care, Licking County Community Health Clinic asks patients to call ahead to schedule. The county health department also lists Family Health Services of Central Ohio for Newark STI testing and reproductive-health services; the clinic describes a sliding-fee scale. Contact each clinic directly to ask about current services, scheduling, eligibility, and fees. my.clevelandclinic.org my.clevelandclinic.org
Full Service advocacy can help you make sense of an eligible medical bill. SakeOf reviews submitted documentation and may review or negotiate pricing for fairness when applicable. Keep the itemized bill, including service dates, provider information, and CPT or HCPCS codes when available. SakeOf may also request clinical notes, medical records, billing details, or a signed release to review eligibility, medical necessity, and fair pricing.
Submit complete documents within six months of the service date. Send a balance bill, denial, or payment demand within 10 days of receiving it. These timeframes help the review use the relevant records. The outcome depends on your membership, the service, documentation, and applicable program rules.
For a larger eligible medical event, SakeOf reviews eligibility and documentation, reviews or negotiates the price for fairness when applicable, and applies the relevant standard-event commitment or feature-specific member responsibility. Remaining eligible amounts may be matched to voluntary community funds, subject to program limits and available funds. Approved amounts may be paid through the member wallet or card, or directly to a provider depending on the process used.
Selected features and their terms matter. For example, maternity is a community-sharing feature available when offered and selected in Full Service. It costs an additional $18 per month and requires 12 continuous months of active membership with maternity selected, active, and current before conception. The member responsibility is $5,000 per eligible pregnancy, with community sharing up to $25,000 per eligible pregnancy after that responsibility, subject to program rules. Adding maternity after conception does not make that pregnancy eligible.
If therapy is part of your care planning, the PT/OT feature may apply to medically necessary services from an appropriately licensed therapist when its rules are met. It has a shared 12-visit limit and $780 annual maximum across the enrolled membership. Its $35 feature-specific member responsibility replaces the standard $500 event commitment for eligible PT/OT visits under that feature. A physician order, referral, or plan of care may be needed when clinically appropriate or required by law.
Other options may include dental and vision discounts, chiropractic or acupuncture, and durable medical equipment, depending on what is offered and active in your membership. Review the membership options for current availability and terms. For Newark-area care, pairing that review with the provider search and a direct call to the provider can help you plan the next step.

Depending on active membership and selected features, members may have options such as telemedicine, prescription benefits, Mental Health and Counseling, and Virtual Primary Care. Check your membership details for what is active and how to access it.
A lab, imaging service, specialist, procedure, or in-person follow-up recommended by a virtual clinician is a separate care step. Telemedicine is designed for common non-emergency concerns appropriate for a virtual visit; recommendations do not make those other services part of the consultation.
When a prescription is clinically appropriate and legally permitted, its cost follows the active Rx program. Check your current program details and the medication rather than assuming every prescription is included.
