SakeOf is a healthcare membership built around a practical care path: use selected everyday-care services when they fit, choose a provider for care that needs an in-person visit, and get bill advocacy when charges need a closer look. That structure can help you plan the next step instead of trying to sort out every detail after care has already happened.
Start with the need in front of you. For an appropriate everyday concern, check whether an active telemedicine option fits. For an exam, test, imaging, or specialist visit, choose a provider and ask about access and expected charges before scheduling when possible. If you need urgent emergency care, seek it promptly.
Use the calculator to explore membership options, or ask Jordan or the Savings Guide to help identify a useful next step for your situation.
When selected and active, Zero Copay Telemedicine connects members with care through the current service partner. It can be a convenient starting point for an appropriate everyday concern. If the clinician recommends an in-person exam, lab work, imaging, or specialist care, those are separate next steps to arrange with the provider.
Rx and Prescription Benefits, when selected and active, provide access to the current acute-medication formulary at $0 when prescribing, dispensing, and participating-pharmacy requirements are met. Verify the medication in the current pharmacy tool before filling it. The current formulary—not a general assumption about a drug category—determines whether a particular medication is included. Non-formulary medications are not automatically $0 or eligible for community sharing.
Mental Health and Counseling, when selected and active, may include problem assessment, supportive counseling, follow-up when available, crisis support, and referrals to appropriate plans or community resources when more care is needed. Virtual Primary Care is a separate option that provides an ongoing physician relationship and follow-up support. Its current bundled service tier requires the associated prescription, telemedicine, and mental-health options to remain active.

With Full Service, SakeOf reviews bills for eligibility, medical necessity, documentation, and fair pricing. For planned higher-cost care, contact SakeOf in advance when reasonably possible. SakeOf may negotiate or reprice a bill, and unusually high pricing may need negotiation before eligibility is determined.
Keep itemized bills and respond promptly to requests for records. Submissions need an itemized bill with service dates, provider information, and CPT or HCPCS codes when available. SakeOf may also request clinical notes, other records, or a signed medical-record release. Complete documents should be submitted within six months of the service date; submit balance bills, denials, or payment demands within 10 days of receiving them.
For larger eligible medical events, Full Service combines bill review with the applicable member commitment and voluntary community funding. Support is subject to program rules, documentation, eligibility review, and fair-price review. Keep membership current, meet applicable responsibilities, and contact SakeOf before planned higher-cost care when reasonably possible.
If considering maternity care, the optional feature must be offered, selected, and kept active continuously for at least 12 months before conception. The member responsibility is $5,000 per eligible pregnancy, followed by community sharing of up to $25,000 per eligible pregnancy under the program rules. Review the calculator or ask Jordan about the feature and its requirements before planning around it.
Optional features can include dental and vision discounts, chiropractic and acupuncture, physical and occupational therapy, and durable medical equipment. Each applies only when selected, active, and used according to its program rules. Explore the calculator and membership options to see which features fit the care you expect to arrange.
