The SakeOf approach: handle simple care simply, keep the freedom to choose where you go, know more about the price before you pay, and have real support when a medical need becomes expensive or complicated.

SakeOf is a healthcare membership designed to make care easier to arrange and medical costs easier to understand. You can choose among membership programs and optional features, then use the care path that fits the situation: virtual support for an everyday concern, a local provider for an in-person need, or advocacy when a bill needs a closer look.
The goal is to give you more ways to act before a confusing bill or care decision becomes harder to manage. Use the calculator to explore membership options, the Savings Guide to understand how the model works, or provider search to look for care.
If you feel unwell or have a routine health question, Zero Copay Telemedicine may offer a convenient first step when selected and active. Virtual Primary Care is a separate optional feature. These services can help you decide what to do next, but they do not include every kind of care: an in-person examination, lab work, imaging, or specialist visit may still be needed and may have separate costs.
Rx and Prescription Benefits are also optional. If active, they provide access to the program’s prescription benefit; check whether a particular medication and pharmacy fit the current benefit before relying on it. A prescription benefit does not mean every medicine or prescription expense is included.
For emotional support, the Mental Health and Counseling feature offers on-demand telephonic counseling, with up to three face-to-face consultations per incident when arranged and available through the program. This feature requires Rx and Prescription Benefits and Zero Copay Telemedicine to remain active. Psychiatry, inpatient behavioral health, and medication costs are separate unless another active benefit or program expressly includes them.
When an in-person visit or test makes sense, you can choose a provider and confirm the details directly before scheduling. The Medina County Health Center at 4800 Ledgewood Drive lists medical and dental services, accepts Medicare, Medicaid, uninsured patients, and private coverage, and lists a sliding-fee discount program. Call 330-723-9688, option 1, to ask about current services, eligibility, appointments, and charges.
For hospital or emergency services, Cleveland Clinic Medina Hospital is at 1000 E. Washington St. in Medina. It lists emergency services as well as imaging, laboratory, mammography, and pharmacy services; call 330-725-1000 to confirm current availability and ask about expected charges for planned care. For an emergency, seek emergency care directly.
Before a scheduled visit, ask the provider what service is planned, whether it is available at that location, and what you may owe. Labs, imaging, specialist care, in-person follow-up, and other services may create separate expenses. A listed service, discount, or payment option does not establish your individual price or appointment access.
With Full Service, SakeOf offers healthcare advocacy, bill verification, fair-price review, and negotiation support. If a bill looks incorrect or unexpectedly high, contact SakeOf and gather the itemized bill and any records requested. An itemized bill should include service dates, provider details, and CPT or HCPCS codes when available; other documentation may be requested for review.
For planned higher-cost care, contact SakeOf in advance when reasonably possible. That gives the team a chance to review the proposed care and price before the service. Keep your membership current, meet the applicable member commitment, and submit requested documents promptly. These steps support a review; they do not guarantee a particular price or payment outcome.
For larger eligible medical expenses, Full Service combines advocacy and fair-price review with voluntary member-to-member community funding. An applicable member commitment is part of the process, and the expense must meet the program’s eligibility rules. Payment of a medical bill is not guaranteed, so review program details and ask questions before you rely on a funding outcome.
Eligibility can depend on the timing and details of an illness, injury, symptom, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are considering membership, read the Program Guide and discuss your circumstances with SakeOf before assuming an expense will be eligible. Keep itemized bills and requested records organized; complete documents are due within six months of the service date, and balance bills, denials, or payment demands should be submitted within 10 days of receipt.
Optional features let you shape your membership around different care needs. Depending on selection, activation, eligibility, and program rules, options include maternity care, dental and vision discounts, chiropractic and acupuncture, physical and occupational therapy, and durable medical equipment. Turning a feature on later does not create retroactive eligibility for an expense or course of treatment that began before its effective date.
For maternity care, the pregnancy must begin after the continuous 12-month waiting period is complete. If you are planning a pregnancy, review the maternity rules and limits before choosing the feature. For any optional service, check that the feature is active and confirm the provider, service, and expected charges before care.
