Compare the costSakeOf is a healthcare membership designed to make care easier to organize and medical costs easier to understand. Instead of treating every health need as a separate transaction, members can use a practical sequence: start with the right kind of care, choose a provider when an in-person service is needed, and ask SakeOf for help reviewing eligible bills.
That approach can be useful in 44023, where local options include primary and specialty care, urgent care, pharmacies, and a nearby hospital emergency department. SakeOf does not direct you to a particular local provider. You choose where to seek care, then use the membership features that apply to your situation and are selected and active.
For a common, non-emergency illness or symptom that is appropriate for a virtual visit, Zero Copay Telemedicine offers access through the current service partner. Provider availability, clinical appropriateness, technology, state law, and prescribing rules still apply. If a clinician recommends an in-person exam, test, imaging, or specialist visit, those are separate care steps rather than services included simply because the visit began online.
For eligible prescriptions, the Rx and Prescription Benefits feature is designed primarily for medications commonly prescribed for acute conditions. Listed formulary medications may be available at $0 through the participating-pharmacy process when program requirements are met. Check the current pharmacy tool before filling a prescription: the formulary and participating pharmacies can change, and a non-formulary medication may have a separate negotiated or discount price rather than a $0 price.
Mental Health and Counseling may include problem assessment, supportive counseling, follow-up when available, crisis support, and referrals when more care is needed. Virtual Primary Care, when selected and active with its required bundled features, adds virtual primary-care access, an ongoing physician relationship, wellness support, and follow-up for chronic care or medication management when clinically appropriate for virtual care.

Before a planned visit, call the provider to confirm that the service is available, ask about expected charges, and check any participation information that applies to you. A lab, imaging service, specialist, or in-person follow-up can have its own cost. For emergencies, use emergency services rather than a routine virtual-care or membership workflow. UH Geauga Medical Center’s emergency department is in Chardon and is listed as open 24 hours a day, every day.[[cite:]]
With Full Service, SakeOf can review eligible bills for documentation, medical necessity, and fair pricing, and may negotiate or reprice a bill. For planned higher-cost care, contact SakeOf in advance when reasonably possible. That gives the team an opportunity to explain the process and review pricing before care, rather than waiting until a bill becomes difficult to resolve.
Keep the itemized bill and any supporting records. Submissions require an itemized bill with service dates, provider information, and CPT or HCPCS codes when available. SakeOf may also request clinical notes, medical records, or other documentation. Submit complete documents within six months of the service date; submit a balance bill, denial, or payment demand within 10 days of receiving it. Eligible sharing remains subject to review, program rules, and the applicable member commitment.
For larger eligible medical events, Full Service combines bill review and fair-price support with the applicable member commitment. After that responsibility, voluntary community funding may be available for eligible expenses under program rules. SakeOf reviews each request; funding, eligibility, and the amount considered are not guaranteed. Keep membership current, provide requested records promptly, and contact SakeOf before planned higher-cost care when reasonably possible.
Households planning ahead may also want to review feature options such as maternity, dental and vision discounts, chiropractic or acupuncture, physical or occupational therapy, and durable medical equipment. Availability and terms depend on the active membership options and program rules. Maternity, for example, requires continuous active selection for at least 12 months before conception and has a stated member responsibility and sharing limit; review the current membership details before making plans.
