Compare the costSakeOf is a healthcare membership that brings selected direct services, provider choice, bill review, and support navigating eligible larger medical expenses together. You can start with the need in front of you—a routine question, ongoing primary care, a prescription, or an in-person visit—and check which membership options fit your plans. Services tied to an option are available only when you select and keep that option active.
Use the calculator and Savings Guide to compare options, provider search to explore care, and Jordan to work through membership questions. For planned higher-cost care, contact SakeOf in advance when reasonably possible. That gives you a chance to understand the bill-review process before care takes place.
Zero Copay Telemedicine can provide a convenient way to address appropriate everyday health questions when it is selected and active. It is not the right path for every concern; use emergency care for an emergency.
If you want an ongoing virtual primary-care relationship, the Virtual Primary Care option includes access through its current service partner, a dedicated physician relationship, an annual virtual wellness visit with health-risk assessment and stratification, and chronic-care follow-up and medication-management support when clinically appropriate for virtual care. Its required companion options—Rx and Prescription Benefits, Zero Copay Telemedicine, and Mental Health and Counseling—must remain active for the current bundled service tier.
Mental Health and Counseling is an optional part of the membership. Psychiatry, inpatient or emergency psychiatric care, neuropsychological testing, residential substance-use treatment, and medication costs are not included merely because the counseling feature is active; another active benefit or program must expressly include them.
When Rx and Prescription Benefits is selected and active, members can access a current formulary of commonly prescribed acute medications at $0 when program requirements are met. Check the current formulary and requirements for the medication you need. A medication outside the formulary or a separate pharmacy expense may still have a cost.
Depending on the available options you select, you may also explore dental and vision discounts, chiropractic or acupuncture, PT or OT, and durable medical equipment. Check the Savings Guide or ask Jordan which options apply before scheduling a service or making a purchase.

SakeOf may also request medical records, clinical notes, diagnosis or procedure details, provider documentation, billing records, or a signed release.
Submit complete documents within six months of the service date. For eligible larger medical expenses, Full Service combines bill review and advocacy with the applicable member commitment and voluntary member-to-member community funding. Eligibility depends on program rules and review, and community funding is voluntary, not guaranteed. Keep membership active, meet applicable responsibilities, and contact SakeOf before planned higher-cost care when reasonably possible. A charge paid or discounted through an optional feature cannot be counted again as a separate sharing request unless SakeOf expressly approves an eligible remaining balance.
