2027 Open Enrollment Giveaway
These rules govern the SakeOf 2027 Open Enrollment Giveaway. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase or enrollment does not improve the chance of winning.
1. Sponsor
The promotion is sponsored by SakeOf. The promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with OpenAI.
2. Eligibility
Entrants must be 18 years of age or older and legally reside in a jurisdiction where SakeOf enrollment and this promotion are permitted. The promotion is void where prohibited. Employees, contractors, and members of the immediate household of SakeOf personnel responsible for administering the drawing are not eligible.
3. How to enter
During the entry period, submit the Healthcare Savings Guide form and select the optional giveaway-entry checkbox. One eligible entry per person. Duplicate submissions do not create additional chances to win. Receiving the guide, creating a SakeOf account, or purchasing or enrolling in a SakeOf membership is not required to enter.
4. Entry period
Entries are accepted beginning September 23, 2026 and ending at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on January 15, 2027.
5. Prize
One winner will receive up to 12 months of SakeOf base membership fees, with a maximum total value of $3,600. The prize does not include medical expenses, member responsibility amounts, community asks, optional program features, taxes, or other amounts that may be owed by a member. The prize has no cash value and is not transferable except at SakeOf's discretion where required by law.
6. Winner selection
One potential winner will be selected at random from eligible, non-duplicate entries after the entry period closes, with the drawing expected to occur by January 20, 2027. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner notification
SakeOf will attempt to contact the potential winner using the email address or phone number submitted with the entry. The potential winner may be required to confirm eligibility and respond within the timeframe stated in the notification. If the potential winner cannot be reached, does not respond, is ineligible, or declines the prize, SakeOf may select an alternate winner.
8. Membership eligibility
The prize does not guarantee eligibility for SakeOf membership or alter SakeOf program guidelines. If the selected winner does not qualify for or cannot lawfully participate in SakeOf membership, SakeOf may select an alternate eligible winner.
9. Privacy and communications
Information submitted through the Healthcare Savings Guide form is handled under the SakeOf Privacy Policy. Giveaway entry is optional and separate from the marketing-contact consent shown on the form.
10. Administration
SakeOf may disqualify entries that are fraudulent, automated, incomplete, abusive, or otherwise violate these rules. SakeOf may modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion if fraud, technical failure, legal restrictions, or other circumstances materially impair fair administration.
