SakeOf is a healthcare membership designed to make everyday care and healthcare decisions more direct. Members can choose selected services for common needs, choose their own provider for in-person care, and get help making sense of eligible medical bills. The value is having practical options and support in one membership, rather than starting every healthcare decision with an insurance-first process.
Begin with the need in front of you: a common non-emergency symptom, ongoing primary care, a prescription, an in-person visit, or a bill that needs review. Your active membership options determine which SakeOf services are available. The calculator and Savings Guide can help you explore choices; provider search and Jordan can help you take the next step.
When Zero Copay Telemedicine and Rx and Prescription Benefits are both active, members can access $0 eligible urgent-care telemedicine consultations for common, non-emergency symptoms. The service partner offers access by phone or video, subject to clinician availability, state licensing, technology, and clinical appropriateness. If the clinician recommends an examination, lab, imaging, specialist, or other in-person follow-up, you can choose a local provider for that care.
The active Rx benefit provides access to its current acute-medication formulary at $0 when prescribing, dispensing, and participating-pharmacy requirements are met. Check the current formulary and pharmacy process for a specific medicine. Non-formulary medicines are not automatically $0; chronic-maintenance, specialty, and other medicines outside the active formulary require a separate active program to be included.
Mental Health and Counseling provides counseling support. If you want ongoing virtual primary care, Virtual Primary Care offers access through the current service partner, a dedicated physician relationship, an annual virtual wellness visit, and follow-up for chronic care and medication management when appropriate for virtual care. This service has prerequisites: Rx and Prescription Benefits, Zero Copay Telemedicine, and Mental Health and Counseling must remain active for the current bundled tier.
For emergency care, Manatee Memorial Hospital lists its Emergency Department at 206 Second Street East, Bradenton, FL 34208; its listed main phone is 941-746-5111. For an emergency, seek emergency care rather than using telemedicine or a routine membership service.quality.healthfinder.fl.gov
For outpatient care, MCR Health lists Bradenton-area centers with services including family medicine, pediatrics, OB/GYN, behavioral health, dental, and pharmacy; offerings vary by location. It identifies East Manatee Health and Wellness Center and Lawton Chiles Children and Family Healthcare Center among its walk-in locations. Confirm the service you need, current hours, appointment arrangements, and payment details directly with the center before traveling.
For a scheduled visit or procedure, ask the provider for an estimate and clarify which charges it includes. Facility and professional fees, laboratory work, imaging, and other services may be billed separately. SakeOf Full Service advocacy can help members with bill verification, fair-price review, and negotiation support for eligible expenses. Keep the itemized bill and related records together. An itemized bill is required and should include service dates, provider information, and CPT or HCPCS codes when available. SakeOf may also request clinical notes, medical records, billing records, or other documentation to review eligibility, medical necessity, and fair pricing.
Submit complete documents within six months of the service date. Submit a balance bill, denial, or payment demand within 10 days of receiving it. If you receive a difficult bill, gather the documents and use the membership process to request review. Review and support follow program rules; a bill reduction or payment is not guaranteed.
For a larger eligible medical event, SakeOf can bring together bill review, fair-price assessment, and negotiation support. The applicable member commitment and event eligibility are determined under the membership program rules. Voluntary community funding may also be available for larger eligible events. It is voluntary, so treat it as possible additional help rather than an assured amount or outcome.
For planned care, keep the provider’s estimate and details, then use provider search or ask Jordan how to proceed. If a bill or payment demand arrives, submit the required documents within the relevant timelines. This gives the review process useful information to assess the event and the charges.
Depending on the membership options selected and active, households may also explore maternity, dental and vision discounts, chiropractic or acupuncture, physical or occupational therapy, and durable medical equipment. Check the current membership materials for the available option and its terms before planning around a particular service.
The maternity option may include review of eligible routine prenatal visits, medically necessary testing, delivery-related services, and routine pregnancy-related postpartum care, subject to program rules. Pregnancy must begin after the continuous 12-month maternity waiting period is complete; adding or restoring maternity after conception does not make that pregnancy eligible. If maternity is relevant to your plans, review the timing and rules before relying on the option.
