SakeOf works with the care already around you. Start with convenient at-home options when they fit, use nearby doctors and facilities when you need them, and bring price guidance and bill support into the decision instead of navigating the cost side alone.

Estimate my householdSakeOf is a healthcare membership designed to make care easier to organize and medical bills easier to understand. Instead of beginning every decision with a claim, start with the need in front of you: a new symptom, a prescription question, ongoing primary care, an in-person visit, or a bill that needs review.
Your membership can bring everyday-care services together with support for reviewing eligible medical expenses. Which services apply depends on the options you select, whether they remain active, and the program rules. Use the calculator and Savings Guide to understand the membership choices, then use provider search and Jordan to work through practical next steps.
For a common, non-emergency illness or symptom that is appropriate for a virtual visit, active Zero Copay Telemedicine provides access to consultations through SakeOf’s current service partner. The service partner describes 24/7 access and unlimited medically appropriate consultations; availability, state rules, prescribing rules, and clinical judgment still apply. If a clinician recommends an examination, lab, imaging, or other in-person service, arrange that care separately.
Prescription support is a related everyday-care option. When Rx and Prescription Benefits are active, the current service partner describes approximately 70 acute medications at $0 at participating pharmacy locations. A prescription is issued only when clinically appropriate and legally permitted, and medication costs follow the active Rx program. Confirm that a specific medication and pharmacy are part of your program before relying on a stated cost.
For ongoing care, Virtual Primary Care can provide a dedicated physician relationship, virtual follow-up, an annual wellness visit, a health-risk assessment, and chronic-care or medication-management support when appropriate for virtual care. This option requires active Rx and Prescription Benefits, Zero Copay Telemedicine, and Mental Health and Counseling. Labs, imaging, specialist visits, and in-person follow-up are not included simply because a virtual clinician recommends them.
Mental Health and Counseling can offer immediate problem assessment, supportive counseling, follow-up when available, and crisis support. The current service partner describes telephonic counseling and up to three arranged face-to-face consultations per incident when available. If a higher level of behavioral-health care is needed, the service may help connect you with appropriate plans or community resources.
For an in-person urgent-care option, AFC Urgent Care Agoura Hills lists walk-in care, on-site lab services, and X-rays at 5825 Kanan Road, Unit B, Agoura Hills, CA 91301. Call before going to confirm hours, that the service you need is available, whether walk-ins are being accepted, and whether the clinic participates in your specific plan. A directory listing is a starting point, not confirmation of current availability or your cost.
When a virtual visit points to an exam, lab, imaging, or specialist, you can choose a local provider and check the details before scheduling. Search by ZIP code, county, or address with the California DHCS Provider Information Network; its filters include language and services, but you should confirm participation with both the provider and your plan. Ask the facility for a written estimate for the particular service. Listed hospital charges are not necessarily your final price.
Los Angeles County’s service-planning areas help organize public-health work, but an area designation does not mean every county service is located in Agoura Hills. For county health-center or hospital options, use the LA Health Services location directory and contact the specific site to verify current services, access requirements, and appointments. Before traveling, confirm the exact location and whether it can provide the care you need.
When a bill is confusing or seems higher than expected, SakeOf’s Full Service advocacy can help with bill verification, fair-price review, and negotiation support under the program rules. Keep the itemized bill and any related records together. An itemized bill is required for submissions and should include service dates, provider information, and CPT or HCPCS codes when available.
SakeOf may request clinical notes, medical records, diagnosis or procedure details, billing records, provider documentation, or a signed release to review eligibility, medical necessity, and fair pricing. Submit complete documents within six months of the service date. If you receive a balance bill, denial, or payment demand, submit it within 10 days of receiving it. Contact SakeOf in advance for planned higher-cost care when reasonably possible.
For a larger eligible medical event, the SakeOf process can include bill review, fair-price support, and negotiation, along with the applicable member commitment. Voluntary community funding may be available for larger eligible events, subject to program rules and review. Keep your membership active, respond to documentation requests, and check the Program Guide for how the event is evaluated; do not assume an expense qualifies before it is reviewed.
When comparing a hospital or facility, ask for a written estimate for the specific service and ask which charges it includes. California HCAI publishes hospital cost-transparency information, including chargemasters, but published charges may differ from an individual estimate or final bill. CMS Care Compare provides standardized performance information for Medicare-certified hospitals.
If you are planning for pregnancy, the maternity option has a continuous 12-month waiting period that must be completed before pregnancy begins. Adding or restoring the option after conception does not make that pregnancy eligible. Multiple gestation counts as one maternity event; the newborn should be added to membership within 30 days of birth. Licensed birth-center and licensed-midwife services may be considered at a fair cash price, and planned home birth requires advance review and must meet program rules.
Other options can support different household needs. Dental and vision discounts, chiropractic or acupuncture, and durable medical equipment may be relevant when offered and selected; confirm the current option details and participating providers. The PT/OT feature has a shared limit of 12 visits and a $780 annual maximum across enrolled membership, with a $35 feature-specific member responsibility for eligible visits instead of the standard $500 event commitment. A physician order, referral, or plan of care may be required when clinically appropriate or required by law.
