When selected and active, Zero Copay Telemedicine provides 24/7 phone or video access for eligible, medically appropriate non-emergency urgent-care consultations at $0 per consultation. It requires active Rx and Prescription Benefits. Clinical judgment, provider availability, technology, state rules, and prescribing requirements apply. If the clinician recommends a lab, imaging, procedure, specialty visit, or in-person follow-up, arrange that service separately.

When Rx and Prescription Benefits are active, the current formulary includes approximately 70 commonly prescribed acute medications at $0 when the medication and prescription meet program requirements and the participating-pharmacy process is followed. Check the current pharmacy tool before filling a prescription. A medication outside the formulary may have a negotiated or discount price, but is not automatically $0.

Mental Health and Counseling, when active with its required options, includes on-demand telephonic counseling. Face-to-face consultations may be arranged in specified circumstances, up to three per incident, when available through the program. Virtual Primary Care requires its bundled options to remain active and offers an ongoing virtual physician relationship, an annual virtual wellness visit, and chronic-care follow-up or medication-management support when appropriate for virtual care. These services can help with routine needs, while some care still calls for an in-person service.
