Estimate my householdSakeOf is a healthcare membership built to make practical care options and cost support easier to navigate. Begin with the need you have now: a common illness, a prescription, ongoing primary care, an in-person appointment, or a bill that needs a closer look. Your membership features determine which services are active, and each feature has its own terms.
To explore what fits, use the calculator or Savings Guide, search for providers, or ask Jordan to help you compare membership options. You choose which provider to contact. SakeOf gives you ways to approach care and support with costs; it does not choose a provider for you or promise a particular price or outcome.
When active, Zero Copay Telemedicine connects members with the current service partner for common, non-emergency illnesses and symptoms appropriate for remote care. Provider availability, technology, state law, and clinical appropriateness apply. A clinician may prescribe medication when clinically appropriate and legally permitted. The prescription cost follows your active Rx and Prescription Benefits program, so check how your selected option handles the medication.
Telemedicine can be a convenient first step, but it does not arrange an exam, lab, imaging, specialist visit, procedure, or in-person follow-up that a clinician may recommend. Contact a provider to arrange those services and ask about charges. Seek emergency care for severe or urgent symptoms rather than relying on routine telemedicine.
Mental Health and Counseling, when selected and active with its required features, provides telephonic counseling through the current service partner for members and eligible enrolled dependents. The feature includes access to counseling and may provide up to three face-to-face consultations per incident when arranged and available. Psychiatry, inpatient behavioral health, emergency psychiatric care, and medication costs are separate unless another active benefit or program expressly includes them.
Virtual Primary Care is a separate option with a monthly adjustment. Its current bundle requires Rx and Prescription Benefits, Zero Copay Telemedicine, and Mental Health and Counseling to remain active. The option provides virtual primary-care access, an ongoing physician relationship, an annual virtual wellness visit, and follow-up for chronic care or medication management when appropriate for virtual care.

Before traveling, confirm the specific location, appointment availability, services, and payment arrangements directly with the provider. These local options can be useful when remote care is not appropriate or you need an in-person visit.
Before scheduling, ask whether the provider offers the service you need, accepts your payment arrangement, and can give you an estimate. For hospital care, ask whether separate professional or other charges may apply. Published hospital standard charges are not necessarily a patient-specific estimate or your final out-of-pocket amount. The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services explains hospital price transparency and consumer resources.
If a bill is confusing or higher than expected, SakeOf Full Service advocacy can help members with bill verification, fair-price review, and negotiation support. Keep itemized bills and related paperwork, and submit complete requested documentation promptly so the team can review the details. For planned higher-cost care, contact SakeOf in advance when reasonably possible and keep estimates and provider communications.
For larger eligible events, the applicable member commitment is part of the process. Voluntary community funding may also be involved for larger eligible expenses under program rules; it is not automatic. Ask SakeOf about the relevant terms and your responsibilities before planned major care when possible. The calculator, Savings Guide, or a conversation with Jordan can help you take the next step.
Depending on current membership options and program terms, your household may also consider maternity support, dental and vision discounts, chiropractic or acupuncture, physical or occupational therapy, and durable medical equipment. Confirm that a feature is available, selected, active, and applicable to the particular service before making arrangements.
If you are planning maternity care, review the feature details early and ask how eligible expenses, the applicable limit, and your responsibilities work. For any planned service, ask the provider for current prices and whether facility, professional, laboratory, or other charges are separate.
