SakeOf is a healthcare membership built to make care easier to navigate. You can use selected direct services for appropriate everyday needs, choose a provider when in-person care makes sense, and get help understanding medical bills. Rather than making a directory or billing step your starting point, begin with the question in front of you: Do I need a virtual visit, ongoing primary-care support, an in-person evaluation, or help with a bill?
SakeOf offers Full Service and Major Medical Only. Membership features are selected during enrollment, and the options you choose determine which direct services and program features are active. Use the calculator and Savings Guide to compare membership options, search providers for in-person care, or ask Jordan a question if you want help deciding what to explore next.
Zero Copay Telemedicine is designed for common, non-emergency illnesses and symptoms that are appropriate for a virtual visit, when the feature is selected and active. A clinician may prescribe medication when clinically appropriate and legally permitted; prescription cost follows the active Rx program. Labs, imaging, specialty care, emergency treatment, and an in-person follow-up are separate needs, even if a telemedicine clinician recommends them.
Rx and Prescription Benefits is an optional feature. Check the active Rx program and confirm a medication’s availability and cost before relying on it. Mental Health and Counseling is also optional. Its activation does not automatically include psychiatry, inpatient or emergency psychiatric care, or medication costs.
Virtual Primary Care is an optional direct service. When active with its required bundled features—Rx and Prescription Benefits, Zero Copay Telemedicine, and Mental Health and Counseling—it offers virtual primary-care access, an ongoing physician relationship, an annual virtual wellness visit and health-risk assessment, and follow-up support for chronic care and medication management when clinically appropriate. Ask whether your concern can be handled virtually or calls for an in-person visit.
When you need an examination, testing, imaging, or specialty care, UH North Ridgeville Health Center lists primary care, laboratory testing, imaging, pediatrics, specialty services, and in-person and virtual appointments. www.summahealth.org Call the center about the specific service and appointment availability. Ask the provider and the applicable coverage source about participation and expected charges before booking.
For urgent but non-emergency needs, UH Urgent Care North Ridgeville is at 34548 Center Ridge Road. UH’s announcement lists on-site X-ray, lab, EKG, laceration repair, and medication dispensing; it reports regular hours of 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily, with possible holiday exceptions. my.clevelandclinic.org Confirm current hours and services before visiting. For emergencies, seek emergency care.
For occupational medicine or rehabilitation, EMH lists services at its North Ridgeville campus, 39000 Center Ridge Road, including physical, occupational, and speech therapy. www.summahealth.org Contact the campus to ask about appointments and service details. A provider listing is a useful starting point, but it does not establish availability, participation, or your final charge.
UH links to price estimates and financial assistance, but an estimate is not a guarantee of the final charge. www.summahealth.org Ask the provider about an expected charge before care, and keep itemized bills and care records in case you want help reviewing a bill.
Full Service includes advocacy that can help members work through billing questions. SakeOf can verify bills, review whether pricing is fair, and provide negotiation support. If a charge is confusing, gather the itemized bill and check that the service dates and provider information are present before asking for help.
An itemized bill is required for submissions and should include service dates, provider information, and CPT or HCPCS codes when available. SakeOf may also request records or other documentation to review eligibility, medical necessity, and fair pricing. Submit complete documents within six months of the service date. Send balance bills, denials, or payment demands within 10 days of receiving them.
For larger eligible medical events, Full Service combines advocacy, bill review, fair-price support, negotiation help, and voluntary community funding. The standard event commitment is $500. Community funding is voluntary, not guaranteed, and eligible expenses are reviewed under program rules. Use the membership options or ask Jordan how to explore the rules that apply to your situation.
Some active optional features have their own terms. With Physical and Occupational Therapy active, eligible visits have a $35 feature-specific member responsibility instead of the standard $500 event commitment. The feature has a shared 12-visit limit and $780 annual maximum across the enrolled membership. Services must meet the feature’s requirements; a physician order, referral, or documented plan of care may be required when clinically appropriate or required by state law.
Optional features include maternity care, dental and vision discounts, chiropractic and acupuncture, physical and occupational therapy, and durable medical equipment. Each applies only when selected, active, and eligible under its rules. For maternity care, pregnancy must begin after a continuous 12-month waiting period is complete; adding or restoring the feature after conception does not make that pregnancy eligible.
